Homestead High Proof Series - Edition 2026 American Single Malt Whiskey

Sown, Grown and Malted by Root Shoot. Homestead Series is a limited edition high proof expression. An experimentation with our malts, edition 2026 is a blend of 5 barrels of American Single Malt, using three different mash bills: 3 barrels aged at 5 years, and 2 barrels aged at 4 years. Fermented off grain and double distilled in a traditional copper pot still. Aged in first-use Medium char American White Oak barrels and bottled at 120 proof.
