Aged in first-use medium char American white oak barrels for six years, it builds on the character of Root Shoot’s 4-year award-winning American Single Malt, taking the familiar notes of dark cherry, toasted grain, cocoa and baking spice into richer territory. The result is full and complex while still retaining the bright botanical flavor that defines Root Shoot.
